The Broadway Baptist Church Haiti Mission Trip Team invites you to participate in a 5K walk/run Saturday, June 19 at 8:00 A.M.  The proceeds from this event will be used to support the Haiti Mission Trip.

RACE DAY INFORMATION

Race day registration will be at the Broadway Baptist Church New Fellowship Hall from 7:00-7:45 A.M. The race will begin promptly at 8:00.  Restrooms will be available in the Broadway Baptist Church lobby.

DESCRIPTION OF COURSE

The course will consist of a single loop beginning and ending near the Broadway Baptist Church.

DIVISIONS

• 12 and under
• 31-40
• 13-18
• 41-50
• 19-30
• 51 and older

AWARDS

9:00 AM (or as soon as everyone finishes)

All participants who register by June 5th will receive a t-shirt. Awards will be given to the overall male & female participants and the top three participants in each division.  There are male and female divisions.

REGISTRATION FEES

The cost is $15.00 per individual for the 5K Run/Walk.  Please mail your registration fee and signed registration form to

by June 5th in order to secure a t-shirt.  We will take race-day entries ($20.00) but we cannot guarantee a t-shirt.  If paying by check, please make it payable to Broadway Baptist Church Haiti Trip.  Please note that your entry fee is non-refundable.  We will run rain or shine, but we reserve the right to cancel in the event of threatening weather.
